Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your customer account at https://account.lumelle.com.co and submit a return or cancellation request through your Orders page. You will receive an automatic confirmation once your request is submitted.

Return Period Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the item(s) without undue delay. The withdrawal period is extended automatically over weekends and public holidays.

Refunds Once we receive and process your return, we will refund the full purchase price including standard outbound shipping costs. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
